I am a Registered Social Worker with the BC College of Social Workers and a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, offering online counselling sessions from Vancouver, BC.

My professional background includes over a decade of experience in clinical settings working with women, couples, and families. I have been privileged to work alongside people as they navigate their journeys of self-discovery and healing. My approach is integrative, drawing upon various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioural therapy, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.
